Who we are

Arihant CNC Private Limited is an integrated precision manufacturing company based in Pune, India, with 25 years of experience in closed-die forging, heat treatment, and CNC and VMC machining under one roof.

We produce forged and machined components, including flanges, sleeves, shafts, gears, end caps, glands and ring nuts, for OEMs across the automotive, agriculture, construction equipment and industrial engineering sectors. We are IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified

Our journey

Company milestones

2000
Founded. Machining and semi-finished parts with 2 CNC lathes at Bhosari.
2005
Established the Sanaswadi machining division and installed 8 CNC lathe machines.
2015
Expanded the Sanaswadi location and started a 1.0 ton belt drop hammer for forging.
2019
Began in-house heat treatment with automatic PLC and SCADA control, and installed a new 1.5 ton hammer.
2024
Increased machining capacity with 2 VMCs and 5 CNC machines added.
